His prominence expands until the beast system possesses worldwide influence. Revelation 13 states that the Dragon gives the beast his power, seat, and great authority. The Church should look for Jesus Christ rather than fixate upon Antichrist as its hope. Titus 2:13 directs believers toward the blessed hope, while First Thessalonians 4 promises the catching away of the Body of Christ.

From the pre-Tribulation perspective presented in the chart, the Church is removed before the Antichrist’s covenant begins Daniel’s seventieth week. The Body of Christ is not appointed to Tribulation wrath but to obtain salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ.
