5. Download or Access Problems
Although all digital sales are final, we want you to receive the product you purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal study, personal teaching preparation, and limited local teaching use.

10. Church, Classroom, and Ministry Use
VerseQuest resources are designed to help believers study and teach the Bible. We welcome responsible use in Bible teaching settings.
A purchased product may be used by the purchaser for personal teaching preparation and limited local teaching use. However, purchasing one copy does not give permission to publicly distribute the digital file, upload it to a church website, email it to an entire congregation, place it in a shared online drive, or reproduce it for mass distribution.
If your church, school, ministry, homeschool co-op, prison ministry, or class needs broader distribution rights, please contact us about available permission or licensing options.
11. Account Access
Customers may create an account to view orders, access downloads, and manage account information.
