Frequently Asked Questions
The VerseQuest Chart Library is a growing collection of printable Bible study charts, timelines, maps, doctrine charts, prophecy charts, book overviews, chapter charts, and visual study resources designed to help believers see Scripture more clearly. These resources are made for personal Bible study, teaching, preaching, homeschool use, church classes, and serious study of the Word of God.
Individual Charts are single downloadable charts focused on one chapter, doctrine, topic, passage, person, event, or theme.
Chart Collections are groups of related charts bundled together by topic, Bible book, doctrine, prophecy theme, or study series.
Study Books or PDF Books are larger downloadable resources that may include many charts, essays, study notes, introductions, conclusions, and organized teaching material in one printable PDF.
Yes. Most VerseQuest charts and PDF resources are designed to be printable. You may print them for personal study, sermon preparation, teaching preparation, homeschool use, or limited local class use, unless a product states otherwise.
Yes. Many chart books will also have individual charts available separately. This allows you to purchase only the specific chapter or topic you need. For example, you may purchase one Psalm chart individually, or you may purchase the complete Psalms Chart Library PDF.
Printed Books: If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the specified return period so we can assist you.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, eBooks and audio downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
For detailed information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
The full chart book usually gives you the best value. Individual charts are helpful when you only need one specific study, but full chart books collect the entire series into one organized printable PDF. For larger Bible books, the full PDF can save you money compared to buying each chart individually.
VerseQuest products may be delivered as PDF files, image files, ZIP files, or other downloadable formats. Product descriptions will explain what is included with each resource.
A ZIP file is a compressed folder that may contain multiple files, such as several charts, PDF resources, or image versions. You may need to download and extract the ZIP file on your computer or device before using the contents.
Yes, you may use purchased VerseQuest resources for personal teaching preparation and limited local teaching use. However, the digital file itself may not be uploaded publicly, emailed to a large list, resold, redistributed, or shared as a downloadable file without permission.
One purchase does not automatically give permission for mass distribution. Churches, ministries, homeschool co-ops, schools, or groups that need broader distribution should contact VerseQuest Ministries about permission or future licensing options.
Please do not share purchased PDF files, download links, ZIP files, or full-resolution product images. Your purchase gives you a license to use the resource, not to redistribute it. Friends who want the resource should purchase their own copy from VerseQuest Ministries.
Please do not post the full paid chart publicly. You may mention VerseQuest, link to the product page, or share approved promotional images when available, but the full paid resource should not be uploaded or publicly shared.
Yes. Some VerseQuest charts and resources may be offered for free. In some cases, we may ask for your name and email before download so we can send the resource, track downloads, and notify you about related VerseQuest materials.
Free resources are provided to help people study and grow. Premium resources usually involve more extensive study, design, formatting, organization, and preparation. Purchases help support the continued work of VerseQuest Ministries and allow us to keep producing more Bible study material.
Some premium products may include preview images or sample PDF pages. Previews may be watermarked, cropped, limited, or reduced in resolution. For individual charts, previews may be limited because the chart itself is the product.
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once purchased, accessed, or downloaded. For that reason, all digital product sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us so we can help you access the file you purchased.
Please contact VerseQuest Ministries through the Contact page. We will help with broken links, missing files, incorrect file delivery, or download access problems. Our goal is to make sure you receive the product you purchased.
Purchased downloads may be available through your order confirmation email, your customer account, or the Downloads section of your account. Creating an account can make it easier to access your purchases again later.
An account may not always be required, but creating one is recommended. Your account helps you view past orders, access downloads, and manage your information.
In many cases, yes, purchased downloads may be accessible through your account. However, download access may be limited, changed, or updated for security, technical, or business reasons. We recommend saving a personal backup copy of your purchased files.
VerseQuest Ministries may update or correct products from time to time. Updated access is not guaranteed for every product, but when possible, we may make corrected or revised files available to customers.
